I dunno if you can generalise that easily CB, Seems the thoughts now are women want good genes for strength etc to carry and then a good nurturer to raise the progeny.. This comes from studies in promiscuity among women.. Often not the same male... I dunno if 'love' really is the main player... but the different wiring seems to hold true.. seems to be quite a bit of chauvinism on this thread though from often dissimilar participants ;o) Men!! LOL... The Black Cob.. Talk about an unflattering name Cob what's up with that .. ducks got the better deal... they are drakes :O)

cb, I respect women who understand men's need. Here's the philosophy that some conservative women like you may not understand. Some men have traditional philosophy in building relationships with love and care of a single woman. That's great and wonderful. But how the couple maintain the relationship is another story. If you bring out statistic, American society has more divorce cases than any other part of the world, because the love doesn't last very often. For men, marriage can be painful and even suicidal. It is very hard to get true love in these days, especially when you see there'll be tough time ahead with all the cronies manipulate your savings account. Life can be this callous. For me, social life and sex life are two different things, so I won't mix the two together. Sure it has moral issue involved if families are in the agenda. But since I don't have any, so it is fine to look for happiness once a while. Every guy who does that should know the rule that there's no true love involved in the deal. Just for the fun part of our lifestyle.
