Might be time to reenter CLL for the long haul. I agree with all of your points and eventually, I repeat.... eventually, the market will appreciate CLL.

CLL is producing around 7,000 shares at its Pod 1 today.

Damn, more dilution.

"CLL is boring, boring, boring. But they are consistent and up, up, up in a troubling world."

And for two years, the stock has been down, down, down.

It really does not matter what you or I or other people on this board feel about CLL. The market is what matters. And for two years, the market is saying they don't care about RG plans - plain and simple. The stock 'should' be higher, but one does not make money in the markets based on this premise.

And I would not overestimate the understanding of the shareholder base of CLL. If a large fund has accumulated at $.25 over the past few months they may be quite pleased with a $4 offer. The market is about making money, not making a statement.
