A telling link, Lizzie. The rich zips still doing well, everyone else death-gurgling on the their way down the pipes. Sums it up.

As to that house, I know the hood pretty well. It's quite nice close in to civic center and then frays as it moves eastward. You can some pretty rough areas in eastern MP, akin to EPA. Hard to say, but from the map, it looks like this house (which appears to be pretty nice) is in the transition zone. So that pricing might be about right.

And, as an additional benefit, the owner wouldn't have to walk too far to get their daily meth fix.
