"No, but you have been complicit in laying blame with the federal disaster relief,"

I have. But that is only because I have seen better response. I am very familiar with hurricanes. And how to respond to them.

"FEMA reacted as swiftly as one could reasonably have expected."

No they didn't. As I have pointed out, we responded more swiftly to the tsunami. Which was half a world away. In addition, under administrations which prized competency over loyalty, we responded faster. It is only under Smirk that response measured in weeks, months, years has become the norm.

"The simple truth is the dirt-poor population of NOLA wanted someone to bail them out and Nagin pointed the finger at the Feds and everyone just ran with it."

Total bullshit. As I have pointed out, they were equally inept in responding to Rita. Something you have yet to address. And, in the past, the response was better. So the fact of the matter is that FEMA had deteriorated significantly under Smirk.
