Hitler wasn't fascinated by Aryan heritage vis-a-vis people with brown skin, he was interested in the sources of white European ethnicity and culture. Sanskrit was interesting only as the source of the Indo-European language, emphasis on European. According to widely held theories of the time, Germanic people were the apotheosis of human evolution, closely followed by Nordic. White skin, blond hair, blue eyes, that was best, and if you didn't have blond hair or blue eyes, at least white skin, the whiter the better. But it was OK to have brown hair and brown eyes if you were echt German, a lot of real Germanics have brown hair and brown eyes, just not the cream of the crop. "Germanic" included English, so Hitler was very hurt that the British were against him.
