That isn't true. For one, it isn't 250, but closer to 100 RA-115s. And the reason why the Russian military doesn't know where they are is they were a KGB asset.

And the GRU does know where they are. A GRU defector claims that several have been placed in the US by the GRU.

Not the Islamic terrorists you worry about. This is the difference between real and made up threats.
