Good article and a one that needs to be considered before investing into Argentina. Of course, another thing that needs to be remembered that there is little institutional investment into any LA country except Brazil because the market caps and floats are generally too small for large mutuals. This opens an opportunity for individual investors, but it also may place one in situations where local companies do not care about international investor interests.
