By that logic, if some could have gotten out, call could have.

Again. He got out after the city was flooded. FEMA could have gotten in if they wanted to.

Again. Why didn't Nagin evacuate the remaining people?

That that individual was able to escape with a single bus, and under what circumstances, and by what route, says nothing about the ability of FEMA to "get in". All major freeways were impassable. I do not know what route he took, when or where he began it, and you don't either. You don't know where the people from the "Superdome" were acquired (most were picked up along the way). There is far more speculation on your part than there is real knowledge in your posts.


I've been to N'Awlins many times.


Were this true I cannot help but think you would be more aware of the situation.
