Why are you politicizing a topic that knows no politics....?? Because it has become thoroughly political. Global warming or climate change or whatever the moniker du jour happens to be, has left science behind and entered the realm of secular religion. One where apostates (those rational skeptics who question the holy dogma, the AlGore bible) are figuratively "burned" at the stake. So called mitigation strategies are going to put a very substantial hurt on our economy and living standards without changing the climate one iota. Count on it. You think it's not a political issue now... Just wait...
