There is a problem with many teachers but in my experience with my out of control daughter is the inmates are running the asylum. Kid punches one of our teachers in the face giving him a black eye and Joe wrestles him down and holds him until police arrive. An hour later the kid, his POS mother and their social worker are at the school demanding that Joe be punished for wrestling the kid down. He missed about 3 hours of school and Joe was counseled on proper management of out of control children. I would have punched a teacher and it's fairly likely I would have needed medical attention by the time some of the male faculty was through with me. Then I would have gone home and told my tale of woe and I would have gotten my ass kicked all over again and would have been dragged back to school to apologize in person to the teacher. It's a different world out there today. I found my time spent at the school very eye opening and not pretty.
