I am not going through the book, picking out quotes and pretending those are the only ones there. Sure, those happened, and more. Just because you don't jump on every suggestion doesn't mean that you are opposed to doing anything at all... If you really have a copy of the report, then you are fully aware that Clinton didn't turn down every suggestion and took absolutely no action.
