LOL, you and CJ love to focus on "nuances." 75 cruise missiles is indeed "a few" given how many we have on hand and how easy they are to launch.

But it also typifies Clinton's military strategy, which all involved waging "splendid little wars" from 10,000 feet in the air. Clinton was much more concerned about immediate political ramifications than effective national security.
