Hi Vintner (nice alias btw),

I was defining wealthy as per the common statistic of the top 1%. The truth is that metric sweeps in most families who earn as little as $250K per year today. However, for Hillary's parents to be able to afford to send her to Wellesley and her not to come out of it debt ridden means that they had plenty of money. Believe me. My wife and I earn enough to put our family in the top 1% and we could not afford to pay for one of our children to go to Wellesley unless they got plenty of loans and worked on the side.
