For example, Mr. Clinton raked in as much as $15 million working as an adviser and rainmaker for billionaire financier Ron Burkle's Yucaipa firm. We're not sure what advice Mr. Clinton gave but it must have been fabulous.

I thought my attorney charged a lot.

Gates, Paul Allen, T.J. Rodgers, Buffet, ad infinitum, got very rich. They did so by creating widely distributed wealth, only a taste of which stuck to their fingers. Confiscating part of their capital impedes their ability to continue their societal contribution.

The Clintons, Bill Lerach, Millberg Weiss, John Edwards, et al also became very rich -- in a very different manner.
