Le deluge will probably start after the next President is inaugurated and they find out what a real mess we are in. It doesn't matter which candidate. They are all more honest and forthright than Bush/Cheney. The good news is, gasoline prices will drop like a rock in The Marianas Trench. The bad news is, we won't be able to afford to own cars. <G>

I avoid flying now if possible. The past few times I have flown I had flights turned back for maintenance problems, my luggage was permanently lost, and a planes departure time was changed 30 minutes earlier without notifying us. since we didnt arrive early enough as a result they would not let us board the plane and we ended up spending the day in various airports trying to get on a flight to our destination for a wedding taking place that evening. Im not surprised so many airlines are going out of business. I cant think of another industry that treats its customers so poorly. BTW under international rules I received $740 for each suitcase lost.
