It is an honored practice. Like with Reagan. He spent his last weeks in office arranging a gig in Japan where he was paid several million dollars to tell the Japanese how they were destined to replace the US on the world stage... It is, and I think Clinton is well within his rights to have done it. But it is interesting that the Left, who bashed the living hell out of Reagan for receiving $2 Million, are now silent about Clinton's $50 M. Typical Two-Faced Liberal Behavior. We're used to it.
