This is certainly very negative for inflation, but not
necessarily for the value of USD index. The housing (and the
stock market) bubble has been global, so the response to it will
likely be global as well. I call it the process of global
Weimarization. Money supply growth in other countries is
not exactly hovering near zero, although this might be
a consequence of USD hoarding -ggg-
