"You do remember that it took nearly a year for people to find out there were no WMDS in Iraq, and even then, the Bushies were presenting contradictory info that confused people. Eventually, Americans got it right, and when they did, they wanted nothing to do with the war. But you knew all that before I posted.......in fact, before you posted. So...now you are going to try to explain away your incorrect answer. Typical. The fact remains that if the country were governed by polls, we would have attacked Iraq.

By the way, how come your congressman, "Baghdad" Jim McDermott, wants to get rid of "under God" in the Pledge of Allegiance? According to the polls, 91% of Americans want to keep it.
