a federal judge criticized the military panel for ignoring the exculpatory information that dominates Kurnaz's file"

This is a persistent 'winger pattern. Ignoring anything that doesn't conform to their world view. With such aggressive filtering, it should be no surprise that they feel like they are the only ones who see the truth, when in fact, the truth is what they can't see.

Well part of the problem is the use of those big words like 'exculpatory'in the briefs. Wingers' know you can't trust the dictionary to tell you the truth.....esp. Webster's because he was a New Englander. So they are forced to ignore the meaning of those big words which then allows for their own form of creative license. After considerable deliberation on their part, Kurnaz's file became chock full of items that made him guilty of terrorism.......and because they have been doing it for so long.....since childhood.......that it never dawns on them that its all make believe.

I've noticed you leftwingers do that filtering thing - just dismiss anything you don't want to believe. I don't know how to fix it. The problem is within you.
