First an observation, the thread postings can move so fast that a member's recco can become buried in the past long before it can garner any attention from more than the few people posting at the time. Maybe a week of proposals in a list and then a vote over the following 48 hours.?? I do believe that a recommendation proposal must be accompanied by an overview of the company and why the poster is recommending it. Otherwise it becomes a popularity vote for either the respect that poster has gained or a common familiarity with the equity but not necessarily an understanding of it merits or flaws. I will always seek stocks I may have overlooked and so this thread could be another great source of ideas to do DD on, but can I do that in time to make an informed vote? So, let us not worry too much but yes, I think a weekly review of removals followed by a similar period of consideration for new additions. At least I put that up for discussion, it is merely a thought on impulse and could be badly flawed. Cheers, Ogi
