I agree. Yet, clearly, that is exactly what Cheney did. Assuming he didn't lie, that is.

There are reasons to believe that they did then. And it looks like Operation Desert Fox convinced Saddam to think differently.

Clinton may have thought Saddam had WMDs but he didn't invade the country like Bush did. Neos start wars like most people catch a plane. Its unacceptable.
