A lot of Americans disagree with you. We each have freedom of speech and the right to opinions.

The politicians make the news because they are out there as elected officials representing the people who elected them.
Other people don't make the news; hence one never knows what darkness lurks within and without.

Bush was "elected" to be the President of the United States of America, not the Republic of Iraq. We, American pay taxes which are collected by the US Government agencies, and that tax money is given to the people of Iraq (wrongly implemented) who did not even contribute a penny to the US Treasury.
