I was looking at the Yuan... I've kept what I have (not too much but cash :O) and thinking of a bank account... or maybe just for mattress stuffing ... I have no US holdings for a while except a small cash account for bill paying...

I was thinking a little more about that re: USD... I tend to think of it more in terms of the loonie's reaction... considering so many think the loonie is bound for another 50% rise... Michael Smedley on BNN, Jim Sinclair (MineSet) 100% ?? Coxe thinks up..

ie. I cannot see the loonie much higher, granted I didn't think we'd see par but the typical overshoot shot me down.. Lots of cracks appearing up here now though ... we've already absorbed 50% off the lows.. our foreign trade as elamt [pointed out is still insanely overweight the US and our GDP is a lot more slanted to manufacturing and services than folks want to see...

so I am positioned similarly but not the same as TJ.. gold is a fluid position for me and I lean much more to ag stocks presently but fertiliser... as low as you can get on the food chain :O) and a few of Rolla's pigs via the COW etf...

The Black Swan (yes one is coming.. one always is :O)
