FUR: "Winthrop Realty Trust Rights Offering Oversubscribed"

biz.yahoo.com

The stock can be bought under the price at which several insiders have made open market purchases (indirectly and some directly):

The dividend yield is about 6% now on the stock. Which I view positively.

Fwiw, I'm buying a few more shares today.

I'll add back some shares to my holdings in [t]FUR[/t] now.

I like some of the opportunistic things this reit seems to be doing: buying back some of its preferred, having a stock buyback program (common stock), taking a position in another reit that seems undervalued.

Stock at a low enough price to where the dividend yield is now about 11%. .62 price/tangible book value and ltd/equity of .6 aren't too bad.
