if condi had the desire along with Bush it would have happened.. Cheney always said he served at the pleasure of the president.. i think he would have retired due to health reasons if condi , republican adm were interested in moving her into vp slot. i think this is all talk.

I am sorry, but I see her now as the original "Suck up." She wormed her way into Bush's good graces and rode it too the top. That Legal Secretary/Lawyer he almost put on the Supreme Court is another good example of the fact that Bush is open to fawning supplicants.

She is sharp intellectally, but doesn't have the strength of character for the top, IMO.
