I disagree with you. Senator Clinton did in fact have almost nothing to do with her husband's administration, but she witnessed his floundering and waisting the first two years because he ignored the advice of President Bush 41 on how to be prepared. (Clinton probably thought bringing a condom made him prepared.) She is probably determined not to let that happen. In addition she has a pool of suitably scummy allies that have security authorization to appoint for key posts. She would be able to harm the economy very soon after being sworn in.

Obama is blissfully ignorant of much and would waste much of his first term.
