A lot of those individual stats are available from the BLS and other sources. I'm not sure if any serious attempt has been made to combine them in to one stat. To difficulties in doing so 1 - Many of them rely on adjustment for inflation which is more difficult and less accurate than many people think it is. 2 - The exact statistics you use, and the relative weight you give them can determine one answer than if you shift the stats or the weights around a bit you can get a different, even very different answer.
