SS is a simple fix. Index the income to be taxed for inflation starting with todays 100k or so. And then gradually raise retirement age. That solves it for the time being. Now of course it remains to be seen how i am going to hold up working to 70 instead of my current 66. Its never quite fair or perfect but taxing the so called rich which in reality means, tax the young families to death in their high earnings years is less fair.
