David Shuster from Hardball did say that the campaign was "pimping her out..."

They ought to all, as a matter of common decency, back off these candidates' kids.

However, Chelsea is not a kid anymore and she is actively campaigning for Hillary. The Bush twins were attacked and they had deliberately made the decision not to be part of the president's public persona, as apparently, did McCain's son.

The real complaint is that with McCain's son, the disclosure put HIM at risk as well as those he serves with. It was obviously wrong for them to have disclosed it. The kid is not part of McCain's campaign, just as the Bush twins weren't.

There are decent journalists, even though they're liberal, as I know some -- but this person served no one's interest by disclosing it.
