THANKS, but first some preliminary questions: 1. Who is Bob Brinker and what does he have to do with Obama? 2. What does the 200,001 "trigger" have to do with Obama? 3. Is this raising of the capital gains tax on dividends written in Obama's tax policy? 4. If it is written in his tax policy, doesn't it also have to make it through the platform committee at the convention? 5.
