Thanks for the article.

It does raise two important considerations:
1) Now SPACs can be exploited by hedge funds. Since it is possible to do naked shorting, what prevents them from driving a SPAC stock all the way down, then buy them back during panic and get it liquidated at the end rather than make a deal. It looks like easy money for those naked shorting(bear raid) vultures. There is a definite time bound to make it attractive.
2) As for Liberty Lane is concerned, just a speculation on my part that, they may try to make it as a successful ploy to be a poster child for the new structure and hence there is a possibility that this may do well.

When will this be IPOed?
