How mis-informed can one person be?

Pasteur's work on germ theory was in the mid-1800s. By 1870, Dr. Lister was mounting his campaign for doctors to wash and to sterilize their instruments. By the turn of the century, it was universal.

I see, I've been to Canada and Mexico, USED their health care systems, but - I'm the one who know's nothing about them!
