What does 'suspicious' mean? Give a definition that can correctly distinguish a pimple from a wart from the early skin eruption associated with shingles from eczema from ... from basal cell carcinoma from squamous cell carcinoma from melanoma. Which require immediate treatment? What would that treatment be?

Or do you just figure it's a good idea to scar your kid on suspicion?

If surgery were required, would you do it?
