I favor a sub-minimum wage for non citizens.

Employers would be quick to take advantage of it and illegals would work as hard as possible to become citizens.

Employers would have to report these employees to take advantage of such, of course.

A Libertarian purist will advocate and support free and unrestricted movement of *all* Capitalist economic inputs: materials and goods, capital, labor, etc.
