Something to consider: Hong Kong and Anchorage are two of the busiest air cargo hubs in the world. But given the skyrocketing cost of jet fuel, will air cargo still exist 25 years from now? Seems more likely we'll transmit specs via cyberspace, and make physical stuff closer to the point of consumption.
