UPDATE 1-Lockheed Martin Australia unit in RLM deal

WASHINGTON, Aug 4 (Reuters) - A Lockheed Martin Corp (LMT.N: Quote, Profile, Research, Stock Buzz) subsidiary plans to acquire Tenix Group's interest in RLM Holdings Pty Ltd, a radar, systems engineering and integration and logistics management business, Lockheed said in a statement on Monday.

RLM, based in Adelaide, Australia, is a joint venture between Lockheed Martin and Tenix Group.

Completion of the purchase by Lockheed Martin Australia Pty is subject to approval of Australian authorities.

The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. (Editing by Andre Grenon)
