Numonyx is going to be an 80%/90% NOR business yet their concentrating on NAND? Catania now appears so far off I'm not sure how relevant it is. Given the glut of NAND/DRAM capacity on the market looking for a home, I find it hard to believe that Numonyx will have the scale to compete in the NAND business without all sorts of help from INTC? Why not just buy the NAND and concentrate on NOR/PCM if their ultimate market is wireless?

To me Numonyx seems to running off in too many directions, especially when you look at their finances. I'm sure there is some sort of logic to what their doing, but I can't see it. I see lots of problems as Doller tries to make a competitive company out of INTC's and STM's cast offs.
