We have an obligation to help the iraqis because we invaded them and made the current mess, even though we removed saddam.. What about Darfur? I dont know how one does domestic aid by a bureacracy that has succeeded at so little over the past 50 years. Hell we have to go back to the TVA for an accomplishement by the US govt. Name a program that is both good and worked??

I thought you favor fiscal discipline. What kind of Republican are/were you?

We should end the war, carefully, end the occupation, and let all that money drop to the bottom line moving us toward a balanced budget and saving the Dollar from collapse.

It may have to be done gradually, in light of the recession, but over not longer than 3 years fiscally.
