but doing it all the time puts you in a spending groove that can decimate future savings and wealth accumulation, which interest me much more than my current toys. I'm in a different place. I need to start thinking about spending what I've accumulated. I'm finding that hard to do. My old threshold of need vs want is resilient to the point where I barely recognize wants as wants. Most of what I easily identify as wants is way over the top, like a live-in chef or my own tropical island. It's an interesting problem. I'm working through it.
