maurice, i learned about the wheel from reading one of the books i sited about paper money experiments ... needless to say, the experiment did not go well

get your historical facts straight, for the rack and the wheel are very different techniques

for one, the wheel is for untitled folks like ben helicopter burnandkaput, it en.wikipedia.org was used in france at the tail end of one of their many episodes of paper money experiments as closure for the general public

for titled folks such as sir maestro greensputin, only the sword, axe and the outsized cigar cutter will do, per tradition

i am not certain what the rules regarding the rack was, and so i look it up en.wikipedia.org and it turn s out to be a christian device invented in england

my wager is that the current experiment will, metaphysically, come to the same sorry end for sir maestro greensputin and charlatan ben helicopter burnandkaput, and will be as tragic for the general population as was for the unfortunates back in 1700s england (south seas) and france (mississippi)
