McCain leads both Democratic contenders well outside the margins of error. He has consolidated Republican support while extending his reach to moderates

We knew going in that this was a Dem year, and the only chance the Republicans had was someone who could appeal to the middle.

Little did we know that the Dems would do such a good job of killing themselves.Obama is going to have to run to the middle. Which he will.
