Foster homes are probably pretty lousy. OTOH a home where a 14 yo is forced to "marry" a 50 yo, be raped, and have his babies probably isn't a great home either. I'm not gonna cry over these kinda homes and families being wrecked.

As for welfare fraud, both parents are involved there, though I would favor going harder after the fathers.

I don't think you have to prosecute anyone for polygamy. Even though everyone knows they practice it, its probably unenforceable so why waste time and money on that. If you can kick 'em all off welfare, the polygamy will die on its own.

I can't see what would be worse. They live on welfare continuously anyway. And outside the cult the women may not have a dozen or more kids each.
