What is making NZ GDP continue okay? Farm exports are booming because worldwide food prices have soared.

Borrowing $100 bn for 4 million people gives them some spending capacity, one time around. I guess there is still more borrowing, based on the increasing GDP, leading to more borrowing and increasing GDP, in a self-inflating MADness, until debtors are at their limits.

Waihi gold production must be going flat out, hiring more people to increase production. Coal is being sold to China to increase CO2 while NZ puts penalties on people who use coal here, and outright bans them from doing so. Trees are being sold en masse. Tourists keep coming despite the high NZ$ [though not so many from some places].
