There are so many stories of realtor/brokers who have many houses that are being defaulted on.

Do you think they just set up an s corp. Have all the houses in s corp. Then if they foreclose, it doesnt effect them in anyway whatsoever???????

Is that how I can scam/play the system? Set up a corp and buy my house or 2 through that?

Sure seems like there is a free lunch out there.
