>>> Abu Ghraib was horrific..

Bataan was horrific. My Lai was horrific. The treatment of McCain and other "residents" at the Hanoi Hilton, that was horrific.

Abu Ghraib was an embarrassment. The reporting of it by the liberal media was horrific. And the use of hyperbole by the Left today in describing Abu Ghraib is horrific.

Abu Ghraib was horrific.....mainly because it was America doing it. Had it been the Taliban....no one would have thought twice. But we are supposed to have standards......to be better.

We do have standards. Thats why the abuse was stopped and those who did it punished. Long before any liberals used Abu Ghraib to run down America. Its your failure to acknowledge that that is troubling.

The innocent people we tortured and killed there for the pure pleasure of it goes beyond the pale.

??? What are you talking about now. You have this habit of shifting from one alleged American atrocity to another. No wonder you don't think military recruits should be allowed in our universities. You think they torture people for the pure pleasure of it.
