I saw a video today of an escapee talking about it. She ran away while under age, the government authorities forced her to go back, and the sect locked her up in solitary confinement for several years. I may not have the details right, but it was enough to make me really sick.

Just to clarify, my comment about physical abuse was not specific to the Texas polygamy group. We just don't know enough details yet.
