wso2: Here's my guess......

I would put the O/S between 235M - 240M. I'm basing this on the last two financial reports and a quick look at the ACII chart.

stockcharts.com

The last report (10k) saw ~62M new shares added over a 4.5 month time period (10/15/07 - 2/27/08). The report coming out next week will cover only 1.5 months (March and half of April, a 67% shorter time period). For the 4.5 month time period covered by the 10K, there was a large volume spike at the beginning (immediately after the 3Q07 report was released) and the price dropped. Immediately after the 10K was released end of February, another volume spike at the beginning of March and a price drop. It could be said that some of the volume was people bailing because of the massive dilution over that 4.5 month period that basically turned the smaller retail investor sour on the company. Plus, the volume spike was not as great as it was in October. This pattern does not bode well for next week as selling seems to pick up immediately after a financial report is released.

I'll estimate revenues will be slightly higher than the 1.25M as I'm speculating some of the new business that was PRd was not included in the original guidance. I think I predicted $1.4M in a previous post, I'll stick to that. I've been wrong about a lot of things with this company so these guesses are as good as anyone else's.
