The USGS Bakken assessment comes in at just under 4 billion barrels.

That's kind of a bit lower than the 300-500 BILLION barrels that was being touted earlier, isn't it?

Hi Falcon,

The North slope,although now in decline,has lasted much longer than originally thought.

I'd say Bakken might just surprise.Technology improves at a higher cost.
