You find a LOT of "skewed" beliefs on the internet.

Clinton hasn't been doing anything for his reputation lately, with his goofy antics in supporting Hillary, but when he left office his approval rating was north of 60%.

When W. is outta of office I doubt his approval will be over 30% and I don't expect to see any big recovery in the future for the guy's popularity.
