i fail to see worrying issue in buying positive carry real estate at construction cost (without land value attribution) in neighborhood where 2 out of eight announced new projects are with stone throw and spitting distance, along with new subway exit within 10 min amble. i cannot get disturbed by owning full ocean view abodes in gentrified neighborhood where the govt has spent moolah to relocate antique building and structures to. i am not fussed about little buildings in great big redevelopment zone in freedom rock's cbd just because j6p is going down the gurgler does not mean the rest of the world will stop for more than the requisite 2 months half staff flag period, god blessed j6p and send him on his wastrel way
